How it works

  1. Automatic generation — when you add an entity and its jurisdictions, Commenda generates the applicable compliance obligations (annual reports, tax returns, franchise tax, etc.).
  2. Calendar view — All obligations appear in your compliance calendar with due dates, statuses, and responsible parties.
  3. Status tracking — Track each filing through its lifecycle: not filed, under filing, filed, or completed.
